Welcome Home is a program of the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut and also an invitation for Americans of Polish descent to reconnect with their Polish heritage. The program includes the Polish Language School for Adults, folk art classes, genealogy and trips to Poland. Our annual Pisanki (decorated Easter eggs) classes have become a new Easter tradition for many people. Our trips to Poland are about exploring the culture and traditions of Poland unlike any other Poland trips. Recently, we have expanded into genealogy. In 2019, we sponsored a genealogy conference in Poland and we are adding genealogy indexes not found on other websites. Our Polish Language School for Adults offers several levels of Polish language classes.

Polish Language School for Adults Winter/Spring 2026
Beginner Class Part 1 on ZOOM - Class meets twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7:15pm ET for 5 weeks. At the end of the session, you will continue in Beginner Class Part 2 in February 2026. The 5-week session is $99. Class starts January 6, 2026.

Just Grammar on Zoom - Classes meet once a week on Mondays 6-7:15pm ET for 5 weeks. The 5-week session is $89. Classes start January 5, 2026. This class is designed for students in Years 3, 4, or 5.

Year Two Class Part 2 on Zoom - Class is once a week for 10 weeks. Each 10-week session is $160. Wednesday 6-7:15pm ET starting February 11, 2026.
